1. While on the premises the speed limit is 5 miles per hour. 2. No swimming, wading or fishing in any ponds on the premises. 3. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. 4. All dogs must be on a leash. 5. Pet owners are responsible for picking up their pet’s waste. 6. You are responsible for the whereabouts of any minor(s) children with you. 7. Make sure all campfires are extinguished. 8. While in the National Forest, please be respectful and considerate especially riding through all private property areas and do not play your music loud. 9. You will be responsible for any loss or damages to our property and/or facilities caused by you or anyone or animal(s) in your care. Your credit card will be used for payment of damages. For Cabins, Trailer, and Ozark House: a. No smoking in facilities. A $50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to your credit card if you smoke inside. b. Do not leave any cigarette butts or trash around facilities. There will be a $5.00 fee assessed to your credit card for each butt if we have to clean them up. c. Towels are for bathing only: no cleaning machines, shoes, removing make-up, etc. Your credit card will be charged $10.00 for each damaged towel. d. Linens and blankets are to be used for their intended purposes. Anyone damaging or using them for other purposes will have their credit card charged. e. Place all food and trash in the trash can outside the facility or in one of our duWSsters. f. Before leaving, please sweep and pick up inside. g. If facility is left in an overly untidy manner, you will be subject to a cleaning fee of $25.00 an hour. For RV sites: a. Do not leave any cigarette butts or trash around your sites. There will be a $5.00 fee assessed to your credit card for each butt if we have to clean them up. b. Check-out is 12:00 p.m. c. Do not attempt to work on or repair our equipment without our permission. By signing our Waiver and Release of Liability, Indemnification, and Assumption of Risk Agreement form you agree to adhere to all the above Rules and Regulations.
