Trails
Welcome to Whiskey Springs. We are located on the
Buckhorn Trail system: a 60-mile network of trails
that will guide riders & hikers through areas around
Lee Creek. There are two loops with shortcuts that
offer riding opportunities ranging from beginner to
challenging. There is one on the east side of N. Lee
Creek Rd. (also known as 220) and one on the west
side. The trails change from clay/dirt to rocky
segments and pass through the hills and valleys of the
beautiful Ozark National Forest.
The elevation changes from the low creek valley to
mountain top overlooks with beautiful Northwest
Arkansas scenery. Look for such points of interest as
the Devil's Kettle, Lee Creek Beach, Lee Creek
Overlook, Ben Doodle Falls, the Steam Boiler, Yellow
Jacker Ridge, Hart Creek Hollow and technical spots
called the Rock Garden, Slippery When Wet Hill
climb, Tombstone Hill, the Three Toed Monkey, and
the Fall Creek Trail.
Whether you are a diehard ATV rider to a family in a
SidexSide, and anyone in between, you will want to
ride our trails The local foliage is some of the most
beautiful you’ve seen. Be sure to bring your GPS,
maps, and anything else that will help you navigate
the area. There are several navigational apps
available, but we recommend Avenza. The map we
recommend is the Buckhorn OHV Trail - Ozark
National Forest, Boston Mountain Ranger
District. The scenery includes beautiful waterfalls,
creeks/rivers, caves, wildlife, and plants or you want
to challenge yourself on the multi-terrain trails, there
is something for everyone. We have Cabins and RV
